These paintings contain subjects from the area around Cape Ann, MA, and in Maine in Boothbay Harbor, East Boothbay, Rockport, and Mount Desert. They are particular favorites since this is where I spent my early life and is where I return each year to refresh myself.
These scenes were taken from the area where I now live. They are from the islands along the coast from Jacksonville, FL north to St. Simons Island, GA.
These paintings were started on a trip to Tuscany and then finished when I returned. They reflect scenes from the towns of and around Cortona and Lisciano Niccone.
These paintings were developed from watercolor sketches made during a vacation trip. We toured the southwest coast from Rosses Point, County Sligo, to Waterville, County Kerry and then across through Killarney, etc. to Dublin. There was something wonderful to paint every day.
